Conflict is inevitable but we can help you resolve it while demonstrating God's presence, growing stronger and serving others in the process. Our conciliators can work with all parties in a conflict, facilitating productive conversations that lead to mutually agreeable, God honoring resolutions. Or they can work with only one side, coaching them through a process for resolving the material and personal issues bringing tension to their relationship.
Biblical Conflict Resolution, or Christian Conciliation, is a biblically based approach to resolving conflict that is rooted in glorifying God, serving others and growing in Christ’s likeness. It provides an effective alternative to our natural inclination to either escape from conflict or attack our opponent.
Two Avenues of Assistance

In cases where some parties to a conflict are unwilling to pursue a reconciliation process, we can still coach the remaining parties "from the sidelines” by helping you plan a Godly response to the tensions you are experiencing in your relationship.
Where you have contributed to those tensions, we can help you prepare an effective confession and where you feel wronged, we can help you to present your case humbly and winsomely to the other party. -
We facilitate a biblically based and effective mediation process that can provide a safe environment for all parties to express themselves and listen effectively as others express themselves.
Our process is designed to help all parties to take personal responsibility for their contribution to the tensions and complete effective resolution of both the personal issues and the substantive issues that add to those tensions.

We help people with troubled marriages or broken families to resolve disagreements and heal hurts. Instead of focusing on the circumstances of conflict in a marriage, we help people consider the heart issues that aggravate their conflicts.
